Making your order

There is no minimum order quantity or minimum value for our retail website. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise chosen via the options at the top of the screen. We only accept orders via our website or email to the following email address: contact@theminifigurestore.co.uk

We accept payment by all major debit or debit cards and PayPal.

Returns policy:

Consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  Provided the goods are returned in brand new condition, we will refund your payment within 7 working days.  In the case of credit/debit card payments the refund will only be made to the card used for the payment.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of the goods being unsuitable, we offer a full refund policy.  In this case the goods must be returned within 14 days.  In the case of credit/debit card purchases, refunds will only be made to the credit card on which goods were purchased.  Cheques will only be issued for postal purchases.  Credit card refunds will be made within 7 days, postal refunds within 14 days.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: Any order that is returned for a refund will be refunded minus the cost incurred by ourselves to ship the order out initially. If your order value was over £10.00 within the UK you would have qualified for free postage, however you will still be liable for paying the initial delivery charge incurred by ourselves when the order was shipped.
